Sync chain is not working properly

Hello, I have a sync chain that I can not access on my desktop, it is the only machine where I have my sync.

I open the brave browser,I get a message telling me that the sync chain couldn’t start. It happens everytime I open brave browser, I still have bookmarks but I do not have access to my passwords anymore.

Actual Result

Expected result: Find my data

Reproduces how often: everytime I open brave browser, even after I restart my computer and update windows

Hello there @anaschefchaouni sorry to hear you are unable to begin a sync chain.

Could you please try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.

  1. On your computer, open Brave.
  2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.
