Surface Pro 6 track pad won't "click"

Description of the issue:

Can’t click to select any action or any tab (at least 5 tabs open). Touch screen support also broken.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open my usual set of tabs in Brave from several URLS
  2. Use it for a few minues
  3. Track pad clicks and screen taps stop working
  4. Open Task Manager and stop the “Chrome Process”
  5. Try again at step “1.”

About 3 times a day

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings and see if this helps?

Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

Thanks. I had to poke around a bit to discover how to disable hardware acceleration in Brave, but that’s what Duck Duck Go is for, right? :slight_smile:

My Surface Pro has been behaving just fine. Mischief managed.
