Still not receiving ads

Stopped receiving ads since Jan. 12 2022.

What date did you verify your wallet?
reverified on 01/17
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, received November 2021 ad payment on December 2021.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

After reading an article, I realized the vpn may have activated your anti-fraud system. I would appreciate if you can look into it and I’ll refrain from using a vpn while using Brave.

There was a new version update yesterday. You should install the new version if you haven’t already.

With the new update, Brave will notify you if your account is flagged and they have a process in place (don’t know details) to unflag accounts periodically. Since you were using a VPN, this may be your issue. You can use a VPN but the locations have to match or you can be flagged.
