Spell check (UK english) is not supported / dictionary wont download

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Set language to english UK and disable american english
2. "Spell check isn’t supported for the language you selected

Expected result:
um… english UK spellchecking.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Brave	1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

actually, ive just tried to change the language again (the option list seems to have updated since i last checked), english UK now allows the spell check to be enabled, but now this:

am i doing something wrong or is this a bug??

I had this problem before and eventually just accepted it but after seeing your post just went into settings and supposedly it now has English UK for the spell check…
No idea what if anything changed.
