Description of the issue:
Spell check works on some forums and not on others. It does not work on You Tube.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Logging into Youtube - go to write comment no spell check squigly lines comming up. They don’t come up on this forum either.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
No squigly red lines for mispelled words.

I have uninstalled Brave and deleted all Brave data. Re-installation does not fix the issue.
