**Description of the issue:**Some you tube sites freezing
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.**Joe Rogan, any video. Pete Kanaris GreenDreamsFL, any video
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Video will start fine, then freeze.
**Expected result:**It should play all the way through. Same video on Pale Moon works fine
Reproduces how often: Always
**Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):**Linux Mint 18.3 Version 0.65.121 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: I don’t know about other you tube sites, but these two consistently freeze. Other you tube videos work fine.
