SOLVED Can't log into Playstation Store

Description of the issue: Can’t log into the Playstation Store at store.playstation.com
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Playstation Store website
  2. Click on Sign In button
  3. Wait until the loading animation stops
  4. See the Sign In button once again

Expected result:
Be redirected to the SSO login portal of my Sony account OR get logged in automatically.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

    Brave	0.69.132 Chromium: 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    Revision	58c425ba843df2918d9d4b409331972646c393dd-refs/branch-heads/3865@{#830}
    OS	Windows 10 OS Version 1903 (Build 18362.387)

Additional Information:
I’m already logged in to their services with an SSO. When I load https://id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com I get automatically logged in. For some reason, it does not provision into the Store. I’ve disabled both all Brave ad/tracking protections and all extensions. Unfortunately, neither of those have helped.

I believe that store.playstation.com requires you to allow cookies in order to stay signed in across Sony/Playstation services online. Go to store.playstation.com, make sure Shields are Up, but also change the cookie control option to Allow all cookies in the Shields panel:

Allow the browser to refresh and try to sign in again and you should be able to authenticate without issue.

Oh, I assumed that Shields down will also allow all cookies. I guess I was wrong and now have I TIL moment :grinning:. Thanks, this helped!
