Impossible to login store.playstation.com, works fine in other site

Description of the issue:
I cant seems to be able to signin into https://store.playstation.com no matter what, I tried to disable shield, clear cookies, history, cache, disable uBlock, none seems to works, it works fine in Chrome though, please help.

The issue seems to be happening to other site such as https://my.playstation.com/

How can this issue be reproduced?
It should be always display as not logged in even though the cookie exist.

Expected result:
Can sign in the sites above

Version 0.69.135 Chromium: 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Just allow all Cookies in Sheilds, that should help.
