"Sites that can always use cookies" Trash can refuses to work

“Sites that can always use cookies” - Brave automatically adds many sites without my permission, even while my Shields are fully Up! They also add the additional Spyware “3rd party cookies”. Trash can has never worked in this section, someone is getting a kick back.

This Brave function has not worked in nearly 3 years, even with trying the work arounds. Dev’s need to address this.

Brave is up to date:
Version 1.52.130 Chromium: 114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (x86_64)

@DerrickD this happens when you turned off Shields on a website. If you go to that website, you’ll see Shields is off. If you turn it back on, then it will no longer be there.
