I’m trying to verify my site: https://linuximpact.com. the site is hosted on GitHub pages & has HTTPs. Brave knows it has HTTPS and gives the green tick:
But when I hit verify, It states that HTTPS is not enabled:
Any help would be appreciated
Question: Do you have the verification.txt file at the right location? I know it’s showing an error about HTTPS, but just wanted to check. There was a bug in the past where it would show the HTTPS error messaging even though it was something else.
Yup. I think it’s something to do with the Publii / GitHub pages setup. I’m getting a 404 for the file, so that’s something else I’ll need to look into.
The DNS record also gets an HTTPS error doesn’t work with the TXT record:
