Posted link to instructions for flushing DNS. If you think it is a DNS problem, then this might work for you.

Update broke DNS?

Click on run/search, type “cmd”, right click "Run as admin" Then run the following in the black window: netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /registerdns After this, In the new Brave tab, type in Brave://net-internals/#dns and press “Enter” Click on the Clear Host Cache button to clear this cache.
