Side by Side configuration error

Description of the issue: When opening a Brave profile pinned to my taskbar, it throws error code: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open profile from taskbar

Expected result: Browser opens as normal

Brave Version: v1.47.186

Additional Information: tracetest log attached. The reason it is called E is the fix to an old issue where the browser would flash open for ~0.1 seconds then quit. https://pastebin.com/HD4D8SRz
