Shortcut doesn't work

I create desktop shortcut from the menu ‘customize and control brave’->‘more tools’->‘create shortcut’ but it doesn’t work when i double click on it.
Version 0.62.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10
