Settings are white with no text on dark mode

Description of the issue:
The bar when you click the 3 dots to open up options like desktop site or settings becomes pure white on dark mode(I assume the text is white on a white background which should be black). Also happens when I go on different websites where you try to make it dark but it doesn’t work, resulting in all white.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
(Doesn’t happen very often, but usually happens when taking these steps)

1. Three dots - > settings - > appearance - > themes
2. Switch to dark mode but DO NOT PRESS X instead press the back button until you exit settings
3. Close the browser
4. Open it
5. Click on the 3 vertical dots

Additional Information:
This works like a fix:

1. Go to settings - >… - > themes again
2. Switch to light mode
3. Press on X, DO NOT HIT THE BACK BUTTON
4. Go to themes again
5. Switch to dark mode
6. Press the X button to exit settings completely
