I just set up an account with uphold and both uphold and brave say I am verified, however the BAT from my browser has not been sent to uphold and my uphold account says I only have 1.25 BAT when my actual amount in the rewards panel is far higher. Shouldn’t these numbers be the same? I contacted uphold and they said to contact brave support because the BAT has not been sent to them.

i’m having the same issue. I have 118.5 BAT according to my browser’s brave rewards but my uphold account (verified) shows 0 balance…
Still no reply from support after 4 days and I’m not the only one having this issue. My uphold still only has 1.25 BAT while my browser total is significantly higher.
I am having the same issue. Since this post is only 25D old, is this a browser issue? I read in a KB article that the Brave rewards BAT was only for tipping publishers. But uphold support insists that I should be able to transfer BAT from Brave rewards to uphold. Can someone straighten me out?
Idem, my Brave Reward Balance not totaly credited on my uphold wallet. Have you answer from Brave support?

I’d advise folks to be patient, the balance SHOULD be transferred on the designated date (which you can find in Brave rewards settings - and assuming that your uphold account is verified and linked to your Brave rewards account. The initial setup is somewhat involved but fairly straightforward.
