It’s Been mentioned a few time already
for example - "Cycle through the most recently used tabs with Ctrl-Tab" without overriding ctrl+pgup/ctrl+pgdn - #6 by anon57438784
We want to be able to ctrl+pgup/down to go to adjacent tabs, and ctrl+tab to go to the last visited tab [or tabs, if possible].
The two logic methods should be available at the same time, without replacing each other.
You can also offer opt-in for this; although it stands to reason this would be expected behavior [as this is the way tabs and windows tends to behave], or opt-out, in case you think some users prefer overriding this behavior
