Description of the issue:
Send Tab feature on Desktop is not working the way other Browsers deliver this feature.
Sending a tab to android from a windows PC takes up to a minute which is longer than just
pasting it in whatsapp web for example.
Furthermore the feature is currently not working with my phone.
While sending tabs from android to windows is not working at all, sending tabs from windows to android stopped working now too. How to reproduce this see next topic.
Please note that this bug only affects sending a tab. All other sync features work.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
Add all devices to sync chain.
Android App loses sync chain due to play store update (probably the cause of the bug).
Add Android App to sync chain again.
Send tab feature is now not working in this sync chain with ALL mobile devices.
Windows to Windows still “works”, works in brackets because it is too slow.

Expected result:
Seeing the android device in the send tab feature. Reproduces how often:
Once the sync chain is lost on a mobile device.
Devices then appear double in the list but arent actually in the chain. Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

is now crashing when selecting “send to device” feature.
It does not let me read the error code sadly.
Windows to Android does not work as well.
Windows to Windows works, but takes very long which is apparently normal.

Due to creating a new sync chain, Windows to Android works now.
When selecting “send to my devices” on android however, the App crashes.
Again, an error code does not appear.
UPDATE (Broken Again):
With the New Update of the android app (Brave 1.36.116) send tab Features are completely broken (again).
Windows to Android and Android to Windows are not working. When selecting the device it says sending tab… But the tab takes several hours or even a day to reach the target. I consider this as not working.
There is an issue report on Brave Github and it is in Untriaged backlog on Sync projects. Seems like a regression and is only in the Release version, not Beta or Nightly. Not sure what that means. Couldn’t find any issues per Windows to Android. Maybe they are related.
