Seeing a site not secure notice every time I visit any website

Description of the issue:
Whenever I visit a website, Irrespective of whether it has an SSL or not, brave shows a notice screen saying that the connection is not secure. I when I click on continue to site, it then loads the website fine with the SSL and secure connection so the notice at the start is not accurate.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Simply click any link in the brave browser.
  2. You will see a notice that the connection is not secure.
  3. Click continue to site and it will show the site correctly and with secure connection on HTTPS.

Expected result: There should be no notice about the site not being secure because the websites are secured on HTTPS connections. The notice shown at the start seems to be a bug.
