Search text typed into address bar mostly disappears after hitting enter

On one of my many computers, there is a weird issue with typing text into the address bar. In many cases, the last letter typed with appear, then disappear, then reappear as I’m typing. In some cases, after typing in a search query into the address bar and hitting enter, the results in google search will be just the first few letters of the first word - everything else that I had typed will be missing from the results. This seems to happen when I’ve not typed anything in the browser for several minutes. This only happens when typing in the address bar - never have an issue typing a query directly into Google.com’s search bar.

I initially thought it may be an issue with my wireless keyboard, but I’ve since determined that the issue exists soley in Brave’s address bar. No other applications have this issue and no actual web pages have the issue. I’ve cleared all browsing data and it’s still happening.

I have Brave synced (bookmarks only) with my other computers and none of them have this issue. GPU drivers updates don’t seem to help and keyboard software updates don’t help.

Brave Version 1.64.113 Chromium: 123.0.6312.86
Windows 11 (23H2) on this computer
32 GB Ram
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
GTX 1080i GPU

I have the same issue. When it happens I can only reboot the system to get it working properly.
