What are scripts and why should they be blocked?
Depends on the script? We block many dodgy scripts by default. Is there a site/script causing any issues?
Hello @TheGolfisherman, thank you for reaching us out. If you are referring to the option block scripts under settings this option is intended to block JavaScript.
Blocking scripts can break sites, and it should be used only when you have too. Since some site share JavaScript functions in a single file, so if you decided to block that script or scripts it may break the site as well.
Some websites don’t require JavaScript, but the most common ones (YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, etc.) do require JavaScript to be enabled. For further information, please read:
