Brave starts flashing black randomly when hardware acceleration is on
and when i turn hardware acceleration off video players start stuttering (check the last topic on my account
How can this issue be reproduced?
When I turn hardware acceleration on
Expected result:
Brave not flashing black and videos not stuttering

i did not have this problem on the previous version
