Description of the issue: Saved passwords all gone following Windows 10 updates (KB4522355)(KB4525419)

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): Installed patches via Windows Update

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): All saved passwords gone, including usernames. Saved passwords area was blank and empty. Bookmark and add-on data is intact.

Expected result: No change to Brave.

Reproduces how often: N/A

**Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10 version 1903 OS Build 18362.449, Brave Version 0.62.50 Chromium: 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: This is the first and only time I have experienced this.

Edit: It seems all cookies are also gone. Things like “recently used emojis” on websites are now gone.

Can you please go to Menu --> About Brave and allow the browser to update? You’re using a very old build of the browser. Current build should be v0.70.122

Says it is up to date. Should I try a re-install of Brave with the latest installer?

Definitely – you can also try the standalone installer found here if that doesn’t update for any reason.
