**Description of the issue: **
I recently updated my windows to May Creators Update 2020.
As soon as I restarted my system post upgrade, I lost all the passwords that were saved in my Brave browser.
And sometimes I continue to lose the saved password post PC restart.
I have not checked if it is the same with other Browsers.
But since Brave is my daily driver, I am more concerned about this Browser.

I am not sure this context is exactly reproducible.

Every time I restart the PC
