Rewards missing - no solution - thread closed

About 6 months ago I reported a bug, when switching from PC to Laptop my account did not sync correctly and 50BAT went missing. My account went fromo 188.70 to 138 BAT.

While I was not offered a solution the thread was closed.
Is there really nothing that can be done?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Could have been that you had the auto-contribution enabled in your other browser?

Hi Steven, here is a screenshot from my rewards before and after I switched PC’s

Auto contribution was disabled.
Even with the Auto-contribution enabled I would not lose 27% of all of my BAT in one day
