Auto-contribute bug + no BAT rewards since march

Hi there, I’ve just realized that half of my BAT are gone due to auto-contribute but I did not activate it. I also did not receive any rewards since march, seems like things are slowly but surely falling appart on my account :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve tried many things since I realized that I’m not receiving anything since march but no joy, I saw some topics around here saying that there are currently some bugs with the rewards system, so I was just waiting for things to improve but that just got worse.

I am using the last version of Brave on Windows 10 ( Version 1.24.86 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Build officiel)(64 bits) ), my wallet is verified, I’m not using it on other devices, and it was working fine until march.

Any clues on what I could do to get my BAT back and get things working again ?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
