Rewards accredit problem

I have been using brave for about 3 months now, on this computer the rewards are accumulated but not credited once a month.
My uphold is verified on March 16, 2021, I use the version of brave Version 1.25.72 Chromium: 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (64 bit)
I receive payments only from windows, I don’t receive them in the computer where I use linux “Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS”.
I don’t use a VPN
I live in a supported region.

I have not manually turned off auto-contribute on my devices

If you don’t manually turn OFF auto-contribute, you will likely be unknowingly donating BAT back to Brave.

How many Brave profiles/devices have you linked to your Uphold wallet? This includes reinstalling Brave or your OS, resetting or replacing your device, etc.

No, I only installed it on 2 computers one with windows and it works, the one with linux has problems

Have you tried unlinking and relinking the Brave profile on the Linux computer?

What does your brave://rewards-internals page show for the External wallet information?

And will doing so increment the dreaded “maximum 4 devices”?
