BAT taken from my Uphold account

My Uphold account says that 20 BAT has been sent to Brave Publishers International even though I have always had auto-contribute turned off.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??


it happens to me too, i ask for help to the support team and until now they keep on ignoring me. i ask for a refund but no they don’t give a refund.

The Brave Rewards business model needs an adjustment, to Support Brave Support.

The Brave Rewards program is NOT the main purpose of the Brave browser, so dedicating a lot of staff to Brave Rewards is not feasible. The staff focus their efforts on finding and fixing errors in the program that cause the issues, which takes time. Fixing individual accounts is not their focus.
