Rename adblock filter list (swedish)

Hi,

Noticed how there was no specific adblock list for Sweden.
But after some digging around, there was… its called: Frellwit’s Filter List

But there is no Sweden or swedish in the name

Maybee change this, because I don’t know how many will actually understand its for sweden?
