Default filter lists + Fanboy Annoyances List & uBlock Annoyances List should be enough. Enabling many filter lists is counterproductive, don’t do that unless you explicitly need a specific filter list for a specific reason.
In addition to filter lists, I recommend using Aggressive mode as well.

Agreed, Fanboy Annoyances and uBlock Annoyances (a supplemental list to Fanboy Annoyances). is the lists you should use.
