Description of the issue:
Asked what to open magnet links with as intended however no option to remember choice and not ask again.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Click on a magnet link.

Expected result:
Link opens in utorrent without confirmation after first time.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.9.76 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
This is functionality that is built into Chromium based browsers as standard.
Please fix Brave so it works as it should.
