Description of the issue:
Asked what to open magnet links as intended however no option to remember choice and not ask again.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a magnet link.

Expected result:
Remembers choice and does not ask again

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.9.76 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Standard issue stuff for all Chromium based browsers, please fix.
