How long until the feature request to remember MAGNET LINKS for Torrents is in?

This has been posted several dozen times and it has worked in the past. As a fork of Chromium this should work by default (FF, Opera, DuckDuckGo, IE, Chrome, several others) all remember the choices of default protocol handlers but Brave does not.

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to Torrent site or any site that you regularly visit and have a default handler for.
  2. Click link or file
  3. Get aggravated

Expected result: One and done SET IT AND FORGET (Thanks RON POPEIL)

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave is up to date

Version 1.4.95 Chromium: 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: Windows 10 Pro latest 1909 Build

Another bump. Updated to latest brave after I returned from our vacation to Kailua-Kona, HI and still seeing the same thing.
