Brave asks me every time I open a magnet link whether I want to open it with my default torrent client. Is there a way I can set it as default so it stops asking?

Description of the issue:

It used to be that when I opened magnet links, they opened directly with my default torrent client. But after deleting cookies and history a few days ago, this stopped happening. And instead of opening magnet links directly with the 3d party app, it asks me if I want to open them with the app (Transmission) every time (not just the first time) and it unnecessarily adds a third step. I would like to have it like before, where maybe after the first time it asks me if I always want to open these types of links with this particular app, I’d accept and it wouldn’t ask me every time.

How can this issue be reproduced?

Opening a magnet link.

Expected result:

For the link to open with Transmission without me having to confirm every time. I think there should be a way to make Transmission the default handler for magnet links.
