Region currently not supported Canada - Uphold verified account

Description of the issue:
Hi,
I want to transfer BAT earned from Brave Ads Reward to Uphold, but i got an error message: “Error: Region currently not supported Your Uphold account can’t be connected to your Brave Rewards profile at this time. Your Uphold account is registered in a country that’s not currently supported for connecting to Brave Rewards. See the current list of supported regions and learn more about connecting a custodial account to Brave Rewards.”.

My Uphold account is verified and living in Canada which is a supported country.
I, first contacted Uphold support center and they redirect me to Brave support.
I run ads on two devices, laptop and android phone.
Since i contacted Uphold my laptop and phone brave browsers are disconnected.

What is the problem? and what’s the solution ?
It’s useless to run ads and not to be rewarded.

Kindly assist.

@noelemahc If I were to make an assumption, it’s that you’re not actually “verified” as you believe yourself to be. The difference would be in the passport/ID you used. For more details, can you check PSA: Current FAQ - #15 by Saoiray and advise if might be your dilemma?

Hi @Saoiray,
You get it right.
I contact Uphold and the problem is my previous verification ID.
I’ve requested for update of my residential address with the relevant documents (Canadian driving license and a bill) some months ago and it was done. I thought i was sufficient.

I understand KYC must be made. But since i provide documents to prove my new residential adress, there must be no more problem.

I’m waiting for Uphold response. I’ll keep you updated.
