Regarding the New Tier System for Refferal Payout

Hi guys, I have a question regarding the new tier system that’s going to be coming soon. according to the new Tier system. If I refer a person before September 30 and the person gets confirmed before October 30, does that still count as $5/refferal ?

I mean is the payout in Novemeber 8th going to be the last payout in which everyone gets $5/refferal irrespective of their tiers ?

Can anybody from the Brave Team please clarify this ? Thank you so much!!
