I had bought a Leo Premium account but had to change over to another computer and didn’t remember to sync between them, and the last one is now wiped. How do I get my premium account onto my new browser?
You should be able to just login to your Premium account and activate it. This should just be account.brave.com and then sign in using the email you signed up for. From there it will show your existing subscriptions and it should load the premium feature in your browser with no issues.
I tried every email it could be tied too as well as the email the invoice was sent to and it said I had no subscriptions
Go submit a ticket to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831 and someone from Brave will look into it. Do keep in mind it’s currently the weekend, so expect a bit of a delay for a response.
