Paying for Brave Premium Can’t access

Hope I’m doing this right. I’m paying for Brave Premium (actually was just billed today) but I can’t figure out how to login to my premium account after switching to a new phone. Any tips or can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

Subscriptions done via phones are generally done through the App store on whichever device you used. So Google Play Store or Apple App Store. As long as the app store reflects what you purchased on, you should be able to refresh. Question is whether you’re speaking of Leo, Search, VPN, or what?

Or did you create an account and pay for Premium via email? At which case you login via https://account.brave.com/

I need help, I lost access to the email I used for creating my Brave Premium account and I have a recurring payment either on the 24th or 25th that I right now have no way to cancel. I’m afraid that I will gain access to my email adress after the subscription is set.

I tried making a support ticket but I can’t get my invoice ID due to not having access to the email, please help urgently.

Right now I have a free trial version and I do NOT want to upgrade it, I wish to cancel it before payment is due. Unfortunately I can not access the email used to set up the plan.

So why didn’t you just submit the ticket without putting the invoice? It’s a field without the asterisk, meaning it’s not a required field.

Not having access to the email in addition to not having the invoice number will make things challenging for Brave. But they may be able to help.

Be sure to provide the email address you no longer have access to in the Description portion of the ticket. And when it asks for your email, provide an email they can contact you at as the email provided will be the primary method of contact.
