Leo Chat - Frequent Email Verification

I recently subscribed to Brave Leo premium. In ten days I have been asked to verify my email five times! This is very annoying. On my browser it seems that I cannot switch back to the free version without terminating my subscription. I am considering cancelling my subscription because I cannot be bothered with the hassle of verifying my email address every 48 hours for a service I am paying for. Can anything be done about this? The settings on my browser are very strict. Is it possible that this might be a contributory factor?
