Reddit videos do not play

For months whenever I follow a reddit link to a reddit posted video it appears as 0:00 and the play button does nothing. I give it plenty of time to load and it doesn’t. All shields are down for reddit.com and Autoplay is allowed. There is no explanation that I can find for it. It’s been a long time, I’ve just finally hit the point of coming here with the problem.

  1. Those same videos will play on every other browser I have (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
  2. Happens every time, every video.
  3. When on and not on VPN and private or public mode.

Hi @davemu

Can you try creating a new test profile and seeing if the issue persists?
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner > create a new profile.
