Recover passwords

I decided to reinstall my windows os and I saved “User Data” file from my old system:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser

Now I want to recover all passwords for autofill but when I replace “Login Data” file from my old system into C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default nothing happens

if I check manually, the file is there but passwords do not appear

Also is there a method to transform my file (login data) into “Chrome Passwords.csv” and then import it into browser?
