Description of the issue:
Using the New Wallet. I am trying to activate my Loopring L2 Wallet. I visited https://loopring.io/#/layer2 and connected my Brave Wallet. In order to activate my Loopring Wallet, I needed to buy some Eth, which I did through Ramp. The transaction destination address is my Brave Wallet.
The transaction shows up as successful, but my Wallet balance remains 0. This is about 36 hours later
How can this issue be reproduced?

Thanks but my Eth is still not showing up.
Sorry what I meant is there was a problem with L2 activation that was fixed. If the original issue you meant was related to buying ETH and it not showing up I think you probably need to contact the provider you used to buy the ETH. Ramp?
I have contacted Ramp twice and they told me the money was sent, and I should contact the Wallet provider (Brave).
well they should be able to provide you with an address the funds were sent to. Then independent of the wallet you’re using, you should be able to see that transaction on etherscan.io
Do you have a transaction hash for etherscan.io that shows the ETH was sent to your address?

Where are you checking the balance? The balance shown in our wallet is not for loopring it is for ETH on Ethereum mainnet.
