Ether not showing up in Brave Account

Description of the issue:

Etherscan shows that ETH that I transferred from my Celsius wallet to my Brave wallet account was successful, with many confirmations… The to and from addresses are shown to be correct… yet the ETH does not appear in my Brave Wallet account! How can this be?

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I don’t want to send more ETH to my Brave wallet to reproduce the issue.

Are you referring to your browser wallet (that can be created by opting into Rewards), or do you have a Crypto wallet set up in brave://wallet?

It is the crypto wallet that I set up in Brave… brave://wallet

@kayarewhy would you be willing to DM me the following:

  2. A screenshot of your wallet page, with mainnet selected as the current network

I have noticed a problem…

This is my (empty) Brave crypto wallet:

I now see that there has been some confusion on my part,
in that I made a withdrawal from Celsius
to what I believed was Brave, that took place a few days previously…

The ETH did not show up… I didn’t recognize the address that the withdrawal was sent to
So I made the following address change that I confirmed with Celsius to send ETH to Brave…

I then believed that I made a second withdrawal to Brave,
but I see that Celsius did not confirm that I did.

The second withdrawal that I thought that I made is the
etherscan for the first withdraw, that went to… I do not know where.

Is there any way of finding out what kind of wallet
my first (test) withdrawal went to?

I checked all my wallets and the test transfer does not appear in any of them.

I will try a second (test) transfer of ETH from Celsius to Brave
(Since I have no record of making the second test)

I see that I have been looking at my first attempt,
and confusing it with the second attempt that I intended, but apparently did not make.
