I made 2 transfers from Uphold to my brave wallet (eth and MATIC if that matters) 2 days ago, but they never appeared in my wallet.
I checked with Uphold and they can confirm that the transactions were completed so it has to be something on this side.
I’ll need some help to troubleshoot this issue.
I did this all on my phone (pixel 7 pro android 14).
Brave Version: Brave 1.70.126, Chromium 129.0.6668.100
If you enter your receiving address at the below site do you see the tokens available?
The eth transfer does show up completed on etherscan & it also shows that my wallet is holding the MATIC as well, however they don’t appear in my wallet.
What do you see under the Portfolio section?
Do you have assets set to Visible? Look for the below icons to toggle visibility for networks and assets.

Yes, both assets are set to visible yet they neither show that I received anything at all.
I double checked with Uphold & their was no mistakes on their end, it was sent to my wallet but nothing is showing up.
What network are your assets on? Do you have the network added?
They are both on the ethereum network and they are both visible.
It’s been nearly 3 weeks & those transfers have not appeared in my wallet.

It has been updated to it & I checked the wallet again & still not showing

@chay_baku and anyone else, I hope you’re cautious and did not click on the link provided by Terfgy. They seem to be a scam account. There is no live chat for Brave. Please be patient while @Evan123 should follow up with you again. If you clicked on the link and provided any information, then they likely will have taken all your cryptocurrency or will use that information for profit.

You are saying both ETH and MATIC were sent to your Wallet and isn’t showing, right?
And both of these were done on Ethereum and not on Optimism or some other blockchain, right?
You double checked that the tokens for the right network were visible? For example, you see three different MATIC listed below. Only one of them is visible for me, and it’s the one on Polygon. I would have had to add + the Ethereum or Solana ones.:

You double checked the address for the account(s) in your Wallet and they are the exact same as you see in the blockchain explorers where it shows the transaction complete and an existing balance?
Would you mind trying to reset and reimport your Wallet with the recovery phrase?

Nope, nothing changed. Would it help to post screenshots of the transactions from both uphold and etherscan?
