I synchronized my account on iphone and pc, for what reason are I given 18 BAT on the phone while on the PC I get 0 BAT?

First, Brave Sync is only sync your bookmarks across devices. Wallet sync will be added in the future.

That’s why you see a different balance for your desktop and mobile Rewards wallet.
