Hello, yesterday I signed into Brave browser using my iPhone 8+ and I received 20 BAT tokens reward. Then, I created a Uphold wallet and verified it. Since I couldn’t find the way to link Uphold to Brave wallet on iPhone, I logged into my Brave account using my Windows desktop. I was then able to link Brave wallet to Uphold wallet, pity I can’t see any BAT tokens in my Brave wallet, when using Windows desktop, and I can see them when using iPhone 8+. How can I get to see my Brave wallet correctly either when logging in from my desktop or mobile?

Thanks for writing in! It’s not yet possible to sync a mobile wallet with your desktop wallet, but is something we’re working on!

Thank You for Your reply. I have another question: as said before, I verified my Brave wallet on my desktop and linked to my Uphold wallet. The issue is that I can see BAT rewards in my mobile Brave wallet, but can’t in my Uphold wallet… how can I synchronize the 2 wallets, since I followed the linking procedure and everything was fine?

Thanks for the follow up! Similar to syncing your mobile and desktop wallet, the function doesn’t exist yet to sync you mobile wallet to you Uphold account.

@roxanne withdrawal / wallet verification is not yet available for mobile version. Only on desktop.

Is this still not possible to withdraw or synch the mobile rewards with the desktop one?
This should been solved before even start a mobile version! Hope 4 month later you guys solved this now.
This is the same thing im wondering . Tried to go on Desktop and sync but theres no sync on desktop version , but there is a sync button on mobile version that tells you to go to desktop and sync , but its not there? @eljuno @steeven

Not as tip not as contribution, just for any chosen Crypto wallet?

I’m having the same issue. It won’t let me verify my wallet on mobile until I have 25 BAT. I’m guessing the workaround is to wait to receive 25 BAT?

I recently began using Brave on my PC and mobile (Android), and synced them. I created and verified an Uphold account. I noticed that whilst my Brave desktop wallet showed as being verified, my mobile did not, so I dropped 27 BAT into the wallet thinking this would resolve the issue on my mobile, but it hasn’t. I still get a popup on my mobile that I need a minimum of 25 BAT to verify or even access settings. (I’ll provide two screenshots if it lets me.)

I see support last addressed this issue in April '20 and that they were working on it… is it still being worked on? Or has it been resolved, but I’ve failed to find the proper thread/ solution? I appreciate any advice or even a re-direct, thank you!

@rodan I was given an answer on the issue we’re experiencing. It’s a waiting game, any way you look at it

brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
