hello, I’m french so excuse my english. I have been using brave for a year on my pc and on my laptop and I face two problems: the first is that I no longer receive brave ads and the second is that my phone has all the rewards but I am unable to transfer them to uphold. i have all try so if anyone would have the solution please tell me. once again sorry for the many spelling errors

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
