Not receiving brave rewards anymore

I’ve tried everything possible in order to get brave rewards to function on my PC again. Incredibly frustrating.

I completely wiped all of Braves info off my desktop when my Uphold enabled Brave browser stopped getting BAT Ads.

I then created a Gemini wallet just to use with a complete new install, still no Ads.

What is the deal? Why are you pushing updates to the wallets if it doesn’t even fix the situation? What is the point? What is disallowing me from collecting ads at this point? Do you have my hardware I.D.s recorded somewhere and see that this is the same PC that was on an uphold wallet?

Seriously, this is concerning. Please wipe my info and stop trying to limit me because I reinstalled windows, its ridiculous.

have you tried to use a vpn? try proton vpn on america!

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
