Still no solution for my problem with Rewards

I’ve haven’t received ads for the last several months. I already talked with someone from Brave that was unable to fix it, or better said, unwilling, as he stopped responding after a couple of messages. I need this fixed or I’ll terminate my Brave Account. I have lost months of Rewards.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
