Private Browsing is leaking session info with other tabs and windows

Description of the issue:

When using private windows in Brave on desktop, session information is being shared with other private tabs and windows. Typically, other browsers isolate private tabs from one another. ie Tab A has no idea whats happening and going on in Tab B.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Menu click on Brave icon and select “New Private Window” (First party cookies should be available)
  2. Navigate to a site with first party cookies: Navigate to https://apple.com and add Airpods to your cart.
  3. Open a new private tab/window and navigate to previous site, https://apple.com

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Cart information is still present in separate privacy tabs and windows.

Expected result:
Other privacy tabs and windows should not have access to any information or activity in other tabs therefore rendering the cart information as empty.

Reproduces how often:
Always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Mac OS, Mojave 10.14
Brave Version 1.2.43 Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I believe this is intended behavior in Chromium, shared by all browsers who forked its code. Google Chrome behaves the same.
