Prioritising viewing full width when opening web page.on Android tablet

I use a Samsung S9 Android tablet in split screen so each window is in portrait. I find that when I use, load, web pages, it doesn’t prioritise putting the full width of the web page in the window. There is plenty of space to see the web page but I have to keep moving the web page left and right to read everything. How do I get brave to open web pages prioritising the page width? I know there’s going to be a limit but the screen, the window, is already so big there’s plenty of space to show the full width. Where is the setting to prioritise zoom to be full width of the web page? I can’t find it in settings anywhere. There has to be a zoom option somewhere but I can’t find it. Can someone tell me where it is and does it have page width as an option? Thanks.
